Fried FishIngredients 1 pound/454 g fish fillets Sprinkle fish fillets with 1 tsp/5 ml Grill Seasoning. Combine egg and water in flat bowl; beat with a fork. In another bowl, blend together cornmeal, flour, remaining Grill Seasoning, paprika and pepper. Dip fish first into egg mixture, then into cornmeal mixture to coat. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; fry fillets until brown on one side, about 4 minutes. Turn and brown the other side. Cook until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork; do not overcook. Makes 2 servings.
