Health Tip #26 This one makes the grade. With school just around the corner, you'll want to make sure your kids are performing at their peak. While behavioral problems and illnesses abound in our classrooms, recent studies have shown some promise. Detention centers and prisons have experimented with nutritional supplementation, and have found a reduction in behavioral problems and sickness in those given nutritional supplements on a regular basis. Some Watkins customers have had similar results using Watkins Superfood Multiple or Children's Chewable—ask me about their personal success stories! While we don't claim our vitamins are a cure for behavioral problems or illness, it's certainly worth a try—it just might be the most important test of your child's life. Of course, as with all nutritional supplements, check with your physician before taking any dietary supplement. Brenda Koth, MS, RD
